My internet would time out checking email. Tech support was bad, the only solution was to constantly reset my modem…not always an option when I wasn’t physically home.Xfinity has no upside. Worse product, worse value, worse stability, worse company. I’ve had a better experience with AT&T Fiber than Google Fiber. Over the course of 1 year with ATT we never had a single outtage. With Google Fiber since October we’ve had 4 outtages lasting several hours/days.Can’t speak on Comcast. Hahahahaha. But seriously, no. Few buildings in Miami are even on fiber. Oh they sell you whatever claim you’ll buy. But you’re not getting better than 100mb average unless you buy true fiber T1 or T3 or Ethernet direct ($1k+ a month).
